A little spill-over from the day job... I spend around 45-50 hrs a week looking at/editing photos of celebrities. Rarely does a head to toe look appeal to me completely. But Kirsten Dunst just looks amazing here. I haven't been able to find an ID on the dress. If anyone knows, please share! And I think I love her because she doesn't have, err, the Hollywood face.

to the market

This weekend turned out to be really lovely. Perfect weather and perfectly relaxed. I headed down to the Brooklyn Flea on Saturday since this was the first weekend of the season it was hosted outside. I'm going to have to return next weekend, it's a bit overwhelming! I'm really happy with what I came home with though.

A great little purse for summer, some vintage framed prints, and truly the best vintage cotton gingham dress I've ever laid eyes on. Perfection!

I've been spending a lot of time looking around for interior/home inspiration. You'd think that with only around 250 sq ft to fill, there'd be a finite amount of decision making. Not so! I'm a little frustrated in trying to choose some kind of theme. I change my mind too often to remain consistent. One thing I have noticed is that I'm continually attracted to spaces that appear to be occupied by the scattered ingénue.

Eeeeek. So I haven't posted in 3 weeks. Making my new little nook of the city inhabitable has been sucking up most of the free time. I think I've gotten everything enough to my liking that I can settle down a bit and spend the next free bit of income in A.P.C. instead of Ikea/craigslist/other endless sources for home goods. This past week has been too confusing to get dressed properly anyway. But 77 degrees this weekend! I'm definitely pumped for bare knees and elbows. Oh my, I need some color. My current skin tone may just blind everyone.
