Irresistible

I tried with all of my might to resist posting these photos. Confession: I am a cat lady. I have two. They cover all of my life in fur and warm my toes at night. When these cats wearing United Bamboo landed in my inbox today, all of the stress and grief of every day life melted away. United Bamboo has recreated an entire collection in cat sizes and made a calendar out of it. I need this calendar. Ahem, I've reserved a copy. If you're as crazy as I am and want one, info here.

Hello, lovers

Oh mahhhhh gaaaaaaad...in the words of Rachel Zoe, I die I die I die. Beloved Martin Margiela degrade boots, I vow to keep you forever. I will never take you to a bar and let beer get spilled on you. I've dreamt many dreams of you and here you are. Now, what the hell am I gonna wear you with?

The September Issue

The HD trailer for the Anna Wintour Documentary, The September Issue, has leaked. It looks juicy. I'm even excited enough that I'm tempted to renew my Vogue subscription.

The film will open in New York on August 28th and expand in the New York area on September 4th. The following week, it will open in the top 15 markets on September 11th. (via IndieWire)

So, who wants to go to the movies? I'll bring Bandit wine boxes and and Ring Pops for a touch of glamour.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone!

Just because I'm no longer a child doesn't mean I can't over-indulge on candy and color Easter eggs, does it? I find it amusing the eggs look, err, Balmain-ish. Hah!

I had planned to start up my Etsy vintage store today but I'm going to hold off on it for a couple more weeks, when I have more time to devote to it. Expect some awesome vintage pieces for cheap very soon.

And aren't my neon Ray-Bans sweet? I love ridiculous shades.

Slick Rick

There was actually a bit of sun coming through the window when I woke up this morning. By the time I got out of the subway there were flurries. Maybe I should Google "vacation sweepstakes" and enter to win every trip I can find. Until something like that happens, at least I have these ridiculous AA disco pants. I feel like I am defying nature wearing them which makes the experience all the more awesomeeeeee. Let the haters hate, my ass is swaddled in a synthetic cozy paradise. (I haven't quite worked up the guts to pair them with anything too outrageous up top though, I'll always dig the mix of masculine + feminine.)
