Since discovering that American Apparel is soon coming out with a velvet dress and leggings (top left and top center), I've become entranced by all things velvet. Velvet dresses have really changed since the with cumbersome silhouettes and funky fitting ones of the '80s. It's sooo much more prettier now, I think.
