to the market

This weekend turned out to be really lovely. Perfect weather and perfectly relaxed. I headed down to the Brooklyn Flea on Saturday since this was the first weekend of the season it was hosted outside. I'm going to have to return next weekend, it's a bit overwhelming! I'm really happy with what I came home with though.

A great little purse for summer, some vintage framed prints, and truly the best vintage cotton gingham dress I've ever laid eyes on. Perfection!

you know, I used to have a similarish dress in high school, same shade of peach gingham, but with the lace detail in the middle (waist of dress). And that detail is why i DO NOT own that dress anymore, because white lace looks best around a short and sweet hemline. tres cute, and I love flea markets.
