It's much too cold and drizzly to spend more than a short time outside today. With the dreary, sunless day, I felt like pulling out a little random inspiration as I sit around curled up with a cup of hot tea. Fall sweater weather needs to return quickly.

Hello there! It's been awhile, a long while, since I've posted an outfit. I needed an excuse to proclaim my love for this dress I've probably worn six times in three weeks, as well as show off my Chanel Jade nail polish. Spending this rainy Saturday relaxing and reading my new copy of Lula. What are you up to?

Solo Sunday.

It's Sunday, I'm feeling restless yet listless. Existential/quarter life crisis, commence. I'm also convinced the heat and humidity this week has swaddled my brain in a sort of film that leaves it useless and a little soggy. A glass of white wine and an ice cream cone would be nice right now.

Turbo Sunday

I got a ridiculous amount of stuff done today. It feels good. Lots of little things that really needed to get done got done. My apartment is in a transitional period right now so there has been a lot going on. With all of these laborious tasks today involving muscles and screwdrivers, I needed a comfy, basic outfit. Lovvvvvin' my new jeans.

I'll venture outside of my little hoodrat block one of these days. I kid, it's not bad at all. People just like to write their names on things. Anyway, I hope everyone had a nice weekend full of indulgence, whatever your pleasure may be.

Whiskey and YSL

It turned out to be a pretty busy weekend. A friend came to town on tour with his band so I got to play a little groupie. Tonight I am getting in some lovely alone time and watching the Golden Globes. I didn't get a chance to photograph any outfits this weekend but I managed to sneak in a little shopping today and am looking forward to showing off the new stuff. Until then, I leave you with some snapshots taken at the band's show (mixed of course with Poladroid which I will never tire of).
